Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Digitalifly, client satisfaction is our priority. However, if you wish to cancel your project:

  • Before Work Begins: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested before any work has commenced.

  • After Work Has Started: A partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.

  • After Completion: No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered projects.

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to our support team at  ram@digitalifly.com
